Come join us for an Easter Egg Hunt and
Spring Fun on the Farm!
Saturday, April 19
Come join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Fun on the Farm! We will have two egg hunts – 10:30 am and 1:30 pm – on Saturday, April 19. Rain, shine, or snow! (We had to cancel in 2024 because of the snow – this year we have Plan B😊)
Event fee is $7 per child, $20 for 3 or more children. Open to all children in Grade 5 and under. Children 2-years-old and under are FREE. Reservations strongly encouraged (see below).
Children will have an eggs-citing time looking for plastic Easter eggs hidden in our vineyard or terrace garden area close to the market! The vineyard will be divided into sections by age/grade level and children can redeem their eggs for small prizes. (See egg hunt details below).
We will have lots of fun activities for the family to enjoy! Enjoy games and the play area, sweet treats, coloring stations, planting a flower to take home, and capturing photos in unique spots around the farm including photos with the Easter Bunny and Carrot.
Please note that since it is early in the year, the farm and market are not fully open or operational. However, outdoor seating and play areas will be made available to the extent possible.
Reservations are strongly encouraged! Make a reservation online at CLO Easter Egg Hunt 2025 or call the market at (269) 244-5690 and leave a message. Someone will contact you for your registration information. We need reservations to ensure we have enough eggs in place and to contact you if needed, regarding the event or the weather.

How the Egg Hunt Works
- Dress accordingly for Michigan’s unpredictable weather. If there is adverse weather during the egg hunt times, we will move the eggs inside the market barn.
- Wear shoes and socks as there are naturally occurring hazards and uneven terrain in the vineyard.
- Parents and guests – Bring an outdoor folding chair (optional) for your comfort during the egg hunt “wait” time or to watch!
- Bring your own Easter basket (if you wish), otherwise we will provide you with a bag for egg collecting at check-in.
- Check in at the table located in the parking lot by the egg hunt. You will get a slip with the event fee for the amount owed.
- Just pay at the market before or after the hunt, or when you are done enjoying the other activities and shopping. We accept cash, checks, credit cards.
- Parents, guests, and children, be sure to head to parking lot / grape vineyard area prior to kickoff time for group instructions.
- The first age group starts promptly at 10:30 or 1:30 with the remaining groups starting about every 5 minutes or so after a group is finished (staggered starts).
- Each child will pick up only one egg of each color (6 colors total) to ensure there are enough eggs for all children.
- When your children are finished, they may exchange each of their 6 colored eggs for small (non-candy) prizes located in the parking lot area. Our staff will be present to help children with prizes as needed.
