Chez Panisse’s Blueberry Cobbler
This cobbler, which comes from the kitchens of Chez Panisse, prizes the berries above all, using only a third cup of sugar.  The dough rounds for the top are placed so they don’t cover all the berries, and the juice from the berries bubbles up around the dough

Jordan Marsh’s Blueberry Muffins
Some say the best blueberry muffins in Boston were from the now-closed Jordan Marsh department store.  This recipe calls for mashing a half cup of berries and adding them to the batter.  This produces a very moist muffin, one that will stay fresh longer.
